HR Admin (Shared Services - Onboarding) | Payroll Analyst - Australian Dayshift

WFH Requirements:
· Must have at least 10mbps internet connection speed (speedtest.net) 

· We will provide the desktop 

· Must ALSO be amenable to work in Eton Centris, QC after quarantine

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PAYROLL ANALYST: 

· Responsible for end-to-end Payroll processing & Taxation (preferably Australian Payroll);  

· Setup payroll calendar & schedules; manage employee data manual/mass changes for entry into payroll system 

· Apply payroll paid in arrears and payroll paid current; validate employee data changes from system of record to payroll system 

· Identify adjustments or corrections/errors and update the payroll system 

· Complete post payroll reconciliation review & run reports;  

· Cater reports for as well as Year End Activities such as: 

· Process off cycle payroll runs 

· Receive and enter year-end adjustments 

· Perform sample audit pre-transmission & post transmission 

· Manage direct deposit reversals and stop pays 

· Must have strong stakeholder management skills; advanced analytical & problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate of any 4-year course (Preferably Business/Accounting-related)  

· At least 13-18 months Payroll experience, preferably in a shared services setup handling Australian Payroll process  

· With extensive experience using tools such as SAP HR, Payroll Systems (ADP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft/Oracle)  

· Computer Literate (MS Office especially Excel) 

· Amenable to cross trainings and backup team members. 

· Collaboration skills (with operations & internal clients) 

· Good verbal and written communication skills 

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HR ADMIN: 

· Responsible for data entry into HRIS database and other databases / checklists on New/Updated employee details (end
to end on-boarding of New Hires and management of External Workers (contractors)) 

· Responsible for tax details, Work schedules & Leave Entitlements, Managing Public Holiday schedules, Mass uploads, Security profiles, Position Management/Employment Cate gories. Mass Uploads / Restructures. Manging Cost Centres 

· Adding, changing, closing, cloning positions/ Job Data Records 

· Must have strong stakeholder management skills; advanced analytical & problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

· Graduate of any 4-year course (Preferably Psychology/Business/HR-related)

· At least 13-18 months relevant HRIS experience, preferably in an Australian shared services setup 

· With extensive experience using tools such as SAP HR, Payroll Systems (ADP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft/Oracle)  

· Computer Literate (MS Office especially Excel) 

· Amenable to cross trainings and backup team members. 

· Good verbal and written communication skills 

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HRO HELPDESK: 

· Responsible for answering employee queries on payroll, leave, policy and position management;  

· Updating employee/personnel information pertinent to payroll setup/creation (Employee Data Management), remuneration,
benefits, separation/exit process and other employee life cycle changes. 

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

· Ability to attentively service customer needs and concerns while being empathetic and maximize opportunity to build rapport with the customer.                    

· Demonstrates lateral thinking & problem-solving approach while displaying empathy.        

· Collaboration skills (with operations & internal clients) 

· Good verbal and written communication skills 

· Strong customer service orientation; strong analytics skills and attention to detail. 

· Keen attention to detail; able to capture & document detailed information while multi-tasking. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

· At least High School Graduate 

· At least 18 months relevant BPO experience of dealing directly with English customers. 

· Good Computer navigation skills; comfortable in using CRM tools & MS Office; Experience in using an HR ERP
Tool is preferred but not required. 

· Amenable to cross trainings and backup team members. 

· Computer Literate (MS Office especially Excel)

· SSS employment history (SSS static Report) 

· COE (from 2 most recent employers) or accomplished Exit Clearance in the absence of COE 

· College or high school diploma 

· Transcript of Records (TOR)
