RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your job is to service customers on a variety of topics, which can include, but not limited to, 

· Providing account transactions details, placing investigations or on-line navigation assistance as well as to perform the following: 

· Work in a fast-paced and high volume service center self-managing call efficiencies 

· Promptly resolve client inquiries and escalate as need 

· Attentively service customer needs and concerns while being empathetic  

· Maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer 

· Show willingness to address the expressed and unexpressed needs of the client helping to build customer loyalty. 

· Utilize tools and resources appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries 

· Present strong problem solving and decision-making skills 

· Be organized and detail oriented with the capability to multi task

QUALIFICATIONS:

✔ Atleast HS Graduate, no BPO Experience required  

✔ Excellent communication skills  

✔ Must be capable to work from home and report to Quezon City - Eton Centris once lockdown is lifted

✔ Full time position(s) available.
