Your job is to service customers on a variety of topics, which can include, but not limited to,

  • Providing account transactions details, placing investigations or on-line navigation assistance as well as to perform the following:
  • Work in a fast-paced and high volume service center self-managing call efficiencies
  • Promptly resolve client inquiries and escalate as need
  • Attentively service customer needs and concerns while being empathetic 
  • Maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
  • Show willingness to address the expressed and unexpressed needs of the client helping to build customer loyalty.
  • Utilize tools and resources appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries
  • Present strong problem solving and decision-making skillsBe organized and detail oriented with the capability to multi task

  • Good English communication skills;
  • Have the ability to multi-task and adapt to any situation;
  • Atleast HS Graduate/ College Undergrad (must have atleast 1 year of strong tech bpo experience);
  • If College Graduate - no BPO experience required (tech-related courses preferred);
  • Must be capable to work from home and report to Quezon City - Eton Centris once lockdown is lifted
