In this role, agent is supporting one of our business by providing outstanding Customer Service Experience to their existing Clients.

Responsibilities

Exercise consultative sales techniques demonstrating strong call control.
Document every correspondence with applicants and borrowers clearly and concisely.
Be able to service customers on a variety of topics, which can include, but not limited to, providing account transactions details, placing investigations, or on-line navigation assistance.
Use of CRM tools & collecting/documenting detailed information
Ability to utilize tools and resources appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
Abide to all code of conduct and policies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Experience in investment and broker dealing (Not Required but a preference)
Willing to work different shifts including night, weekend schedules and overtime.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume service center self-managing call efficiency.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Ability to promptly resolve client inquiries and escalate as need.
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City- onsite
