Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Customer Service

In this role you are to take:

Answer employee queries on payroll, leave, policy and position management; update employee/personnel information pertinent to payroll setup/creation (Employee Data Management), remuneration, benefits, separation/exit process and other employee life cycle changes.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Relevant years banking, brokerage or experience with imaging systems preferred.
Relevant months and relevant call center experience of dealing directly with English customers.

Preferred qualifications

Excellent Oral, written, and Interpersonal communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and calmly on the telephone & email; can work in a fastpaced, high-volume contact center environment.

Ability to attentively service customer needs and concerns while being compassionate, and maximize opportunity to establish rapport with the customer.
Keen attention to detail; able to gain & document detailed information while multi-tasking.
Demonstrates lateral thinking & problem solving approach while displaying empathy.
Excellent customer service orientation; Good analytics skills and attention to detail.
