Key Responsibilities:-

This role is responsible for driving growth via bookings and revenue in Banking and Capital Markets customer care / contact center. Innovate on the customer experience value chain in financial services by developing supremely relevant client solutions and offerings through turnkey digital and analytics capabilities.

Develop and execute service line capability build
- Execute strategy for service line growth working with client contact center heads, external advisors, analysts, partners, operations, sales, other functional areas etc.
- Develop solutions in partnership with tech and analytics firms (AWS, Twilio, GCP, Azure, Genesys, Nice, Five9, AA, UiPath, Verint etc.)
- Collaborate with technology services to implement pilots, to drive measurable business outcome for existing client operations, and use those to develop client facing sales thought leadership and solutions for future deal pursuits.

Solution Architect responsibilities
- Lead and convert deals into wins by developing proactive proposals, RFP responses and leading client orals, and site visits.
- Shape winning proposals by bringing intellectual capital across other functions such as advisory, operations, hiring, transitions, commercial, digital, analytics etc.
- Work across geographies with regional solution teams.

Author, publish and market thought leadership
- Develop whitepapers, blogs, points of view documents in customer care to demonstrate thought leadership to clients.
- Participate in industry roundtables and continuously engage with analysts
- Engage in client business reviews to continuously take innovations, projects, pilots, and transformation to generate sole-sourced deal wins
